Some well-deserved recognition in today's Contra Costa Times for Dublin Mayor Tim Sbranti, someone I'm honored to have as a friend, advisor, and supporter! From Robert Jordan's story:
Tim Sbranti might be the only mayor in the Bay Area who spends part of his time picking up after 13 teenage boys as well as picking up the school paper from the printer.
In addition to helping set public policy, listening to constituents and improving the economic outlook for the city of just over 44,000 people, the Dublin mayor also works full time as a teacher and assistant boys varsity basketball coach at his alma mater Dublin High School.
It's a great profile about a wonderful friend and great community leader. Great job, Tim!
